Introduction

Stage 1: Understanding Yourself

To understand others, you must first have a solid grasp of yourself, your behaviors, and your needs.

  1. Team members complete the Prism Brain Mapping survey.
  2. Individual session for team members: A meeting with a certified Prism trainer to review the report.

During this meeting, each participant will discover:

  • Their strengths, potential weaknesses, and challenges in action and collaboration with others.
  • The extent to which they fully utilize their potential.
  • Which actions may be stressful.
  • The work environment in which they feel most comfortable.
  • What they need to cooperate and communicate effectively with others.

Two sessions for the leader:

  1. A discussion of the report as outlined above, along with a review of their leadership style, including its strengths and potential challenges or difficulties arising from this approach.
  2. Comparing the leader's preference profile with the team's results. During this session, the leader will gain a deeper understanding of how their leadership style may impact the team.

Stage 2: Understanding The Team

To truly understand others, it is valuable to explore the similarities and differences between yourself and other team members. Similarities build understanding, while differences help reveal alternative perspectives on issues, fostering creativity and innovation in your approach.

  1. Training with workshop elements focusing on the characteristics of different behavioral preferences, their interdependencies, and their impact on communication and cooperation. Through this section, participants will build a foundation for understanding the roots of human behaviors and attitudes, helping them become open to diverse approaches.
  2. Discussion on individual preferences, strengths, motivators, needs, and collaboration difficulties, identifying similarities and significant differences within the team.
  3. Discussion on collaboration challenges and brainstorming solutions.
  4. Learning and analyzing the team profile according to Prism, including team strengths, potential weaknesses, communication needs, and cooperation requirements.
  5. Identifying areas where the team wishes to enhance efficiency and analyzing how the team can utilize its strengths to achieve this.

Stage 3: Effective Communication With The Client

A thorough understanding of your own strengths, needs, and challenges, combined with a better appreciation of diverse perspectives within the team, provides a solid foundation for understanding clients and tailoring communication methods to their needs. This enables more effective addressing of client requirements and offers the best services and solutions to their biggest problems.
During the training, participants will:

  • Discuss challenges in working with clients and their root causes.
  • Learn to identify different clients' behavioral preferences and tailor communication methods accordingly.
  • Determine which messages encourage clients with specific preferences to open up and which should be avoided as they might hinder cooperation.
  • Practice various forms of communication tailored to different client types, learning how to better adapt messaging strategies.
  • Work through examples of client interactions from their own experience and develop new strategies for similar situations based on the knowledge gained during the training.
