- Small groups choose a real project problem

- Mock-up and short pitch
- Exercise: Sketch and present a status cockpit, a risk radar or a knowledge assistant in small groups.
- Outcome: Each participant has a status report, a tested project knowledge agent and a presented mock-up for a real project problem.
- Project work in Microsoft 365

- Microsoft 365 Copilot license, access to Teams, Planner and SharePoint, and a running or completed project with released documents.
- No programming skills required.
